Beer and Cheese Pairings

Approximately 5 pairings will be studied. Guests will then have time to use what they learned to try out their own unique combinations to see what works and what doesn’t.  All effort will be made to utilize Maryland made products.

Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

Wine and cheese get all the headlines, but for some cheese lovers beer is better! Join us for a pairing session that’s sure to open your eyes to a new world of flavor.

Join Level 2 Certified Cicerone, Judy Neff, in exploring beer and cheese pairings. After a general overview of how beer is made and the ingredients which contribute to beer flavors, guests will be introduced to the general concepts of beer and food pairings before putting those concepts to the test with selected craft beers and artisan cheeses.
